About the event

Karin Bright, LS-SLP knows all about our executive functioning and how it impacts our success. As an executive function coach, she helps women feel less messy and incapable and rise to their true potential. Whether it's something we have known about ourselves since childhood, or a result of the ways phones and media are shaping our actual brains, or maybe even the decreased compentency we might feel due to hormonal shifts of say..menopause? Many of us feel the barriers that come from distractiblity, brain fog, short term memory deficits, difficulty focus or problems staying motivated. These types of symptoms may get a lable like ADHD, but even without the lable, our executive functioning deficits may be impacting our abilty to meet our goals more than we know.
Karin will talk to us about how to recognize when we need a little executive functioning support so we can stop saying things…
