This meditation takes us through the body "house" room by room, as we explore sensations, memories, thoughts and emotions associated with the ideas of what might be possible in our lives. Starting with impossible we move through potential, possible, and probable to play and finally passion. You can revisit this meditation at different times in your life and see how it lands differently each time.

I invite you to nestle into a short compassion meditation to lovingly hold the parts of us who are holding us back. I call it our terrible too's. The voice inside us that, because it is trying to protect us, comes up with all the too's...Im too old, too young, too poor, too busy, too boring....Let's take a good look at this part and learn to take care of it, so that it doesn't have to keep working so hard to protect us!
